Dunaway Brothers was proud to be selected as the trusted contractor for the newest location of Persin & Robbin Jewelry, a luxury retailer known for high-end brands like Rolex and TAG Heuer. With a reputation for excellence and elegance, the client needed more than just a commercial build—they required a space that exudes prestige and provides a truly elevated customer experience. The layout was carefully executed to reflect the sophistication of the brand, with every detail supporting a seamless transition from exterior curb appeal to interior luxury.

As one of the most recognizable names in upscale Brazilian dining, Fogo de Chão needed a build-out that lived up to its bold, immersive culinary experience. Dunaway Brothers was proud to support the construction of their latest Chicago-area location by executing critical elements of the interior transformation.

Dunaway Brothers partnered with Colectivo Coffee to bring their signature style and welcoming atmosphere to life in their newest Chicago location. Known for their vibrant cafés and dedication to community, Colectivo sought a space that felt warm, curated, and truly one-of-a-kind.

This was a new tenant buildout. Our scope of work and capabilities put the project ahead of schedule, even as the custom soffit work required modification in the field. 

This travel center and gas station was new construction from the ground up. The entire project took two years to complete.

We gutted, remodeled and built an addition to the largest movie theater in Illinois. This is the second Emagine theater project we have been a part of; the first one is located in Frankfort, IL. This project involved many design-build elements and changes that were made along the way. Our experience in theater construction definitely came into play during this project.

This was a new construction project from the ground up. The interior soffit framing and drywall, acoustical ceilings and exterior rainscreen system are among the showcase items at this location. Our attention to detail is on full display at this project.

This state-of-the-art grocery store underwent a tenant buildout with some exterior shell framing at the façade. This project was conducted on a fast-paced schedule and involved use of the latest technologies.

This was a ground-up, new construction project for a custom restaurant featuring very high-end finishes. We met challenging logistics while completing the project on a fast-paced schedule.
